Monday 3rd August - 14th September Please note there is no class Monday 17th August. This will be a 6 week block which runs over 7 weeks. Come and join us for a chance for you to move on your mat, to learn how to breathe better and to make some space in your head. A class for all with lots of options depending on how you're feeling that day.
