Service Description

A Pick-n-Mix of different styles each week to help you start your weekend well by putting yourself first. Saturday morning yoga will you up for the weekend, gets us moving and gives us a chance to check in with how we’re feeling in a peaceful environment. A variety of different styles will be mixed to help you move, mobilise and relax. Suitable for beginners/all levels.
