Lots of fun stuff



Since the end of March online classes have been up and running to allow you to practice yoga from the comfort and safety of your own home. This offering will be here to stay as the flexibility it allows means yoga is even more easily available to us all. Whether you like to join in live classes or catch up at a time that suits you - there's something for everyone.

There's no confirmed information on when studio classes might be able to resum so we're making the best of what we have right now!


It's been a while since I posted on here about what's going on. It's been a very busy year both for work and personally and I'm only now just catching up with everything! I've got a new surname (I'm not sure I even know how to spell it...) we've had new additions to our family and lots of moving around

We ran our first wellness retreat in Portugal in September which was the most amazing experience. A long weekend full of learning, connecting with others and looking after ourselves. It took a lot of energy to plan and run this event, and it was so very worth it. I would love to offer this to you all again in the future so watch this space.

I have lots of fun things planned in the coming months as my work becomes even more important and I feel as though I have even more to share.

On a side note, as many of you already know I commute from Edinburgh to teach classes in Glenrothes, however in the next few weeks we're moving back to Fife! We're very excited to be closer to family and friends and I'm looking forward to being able to expand my offerings to this area!


So many exciting things happening this month! Our blocks begin first week in April, a new class and two workshops!

New class - On Wednesday evenings I will now be running at Gentle Vinyasa Flow class which will be suitable to all levels including beginners. Great for those who are new to yoga or those who would like to brush up on the foundations.
Starts Wednesday 10th April 7pm-8pm at Studio 8

Workshop 1 - Flow and Restore
I'm partnering up with one of my favourite teachers and kind soul, Lynsey bringing our two passions together. I will guide the gentle, warming flow whilst Lynsey will lead us through a dreamy yin style practice. This is a 3 hour workshop, giving you lots of time in each section to go deep!
Beetroot Sauvage Edinburgh, Saturday 20th April 1pm-4pm

Workshop 2 - Candle-lit Yin Yoga and Nidra Relaxation
Pure indulgence to let yourself switch off and let go! We will begin by finding deeper, nurturing postures held for longer periods to unwind and open the body before a guided full-body meditation to help you relax your mind. An absolute treat to help you drift that evening.

Saturday’s 9am Vinyasa Flow - Tonik 
Saturday’s 10:30am Hatha - Tonik

All blocks will run for 6 weeks starting Saturday 16th February (except Saturday’s which will run for 7. 9th March there will be no class)

Kerry and Niamh are back for another workshop together! Join us for a 2 hour Hatha practice based on support and connection.

In this fun workshop we will be partnered up and working together. By doing so, we will be able to move further and help one another, practicing postures which create balance, support and connection with another person, as well as with yourself. We will be challenged to move and breathe together listening to your own body and learning to listen to theirs. We will end the practice with some deeper relaxation postures using our partner and gravity to slow things down and unwind.

Bring along your bestie, your yoga pal, family, your partner or come along yourself and we will partner you up!

A special class to get you moving during the holidays all in the name of a good cause! This class is donation based so if you've got a couple quid lying around, great. If not, please still come and join us, it's all about raising awareness - everyone is welcome! 

SAMH is a mental health charity based in Scotland who do great work to support anyone with their mental health. After loosing a family member last year, making people aware of the help that is out there is even more important to me. 

So if you can tear yourself away from the tin of sweeties and replays of Christmas movies then come and join me for an all levels yoga practice to get your body moving and take some time for yourself!

On Saturday’s in December you can now bring a friend for free to class with you! Great way to set you up for the day before you hit the shops or for moral support when you’ve had your Christmas night out the evening before!
