VINYASA FLOW

Vinyasa means 'arranging something in a special way' and in these classes we work through a series of postures to create strength and flexibility in the body. Movements are connected and coordinated with the breath to help us flow from one posture to another which has a calming effect on the mind. Creative sequences help us challenge the body and mind each time we practice. This is a dynamic practice with lots of options for all participants.

HATHA SEQUENCE

In this class, we follow a set sequence – enabling you to watch your progress week-by-week for full body strengthening, lengthening and stability. It is suitable for complete beginners with options to go further for those with more experience. Postures are held between 5-10 breaths to allow time to focus on alignment and to move deeper into the postures.

Great class for beginners or those who thrive off of routine!

YIN YANG

Yin Yang is the blending of two styles of yoga into one practice. Helping us to restore balance in the body with a gentle flow practice followed by a deeper yin/restorative-style practice, holding postures for 3-5 minutes which helps to improve flexibility and joint mobility. This practice will help to balance your energies leaving you feeling energised yet relaxed.

BEGINNERS/GENTLE FLOW

Vinyasa means 'arranging something in a special way' and in these classes we work through a series of postures to create strength and flexibility in the body. Movements are connected and coordinated with the breath to help us flow from one posture to another which has a calming effect on the mind. We take things slow in this class to better understand individual elements of the flow. Great for those who are newer to yoga or those who would like a gentler pace.

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS

Private or one to one sessions are available for those who either would like to work on something specific, are recovering from an injury or are perhaps new to yoga and unsure about attending a public class. These sessions are tailor-made to your requirements following a consultation to get the most out of our time together. These allow lots of time for questions and personal adjustments.
