The Deep Flow is an opportunity to deepen your practice through movement, breath and stillness. Over 90 minutes, we’ll explore dynamic movement, intentional breathwork and moments of stillness, creating a flow state where body, breath and mind come into union. This immersive Vinyasa class invites you to challenge yourself through a layered and progressive approach, moving with intention and curiosity before the day unfolds. Not suitable for beginners. Cannot be exchanged with beginners flow classes.
