Service Description

Wednesday 4th November - 16th December Come and join us for a chance for you to move on your mat, to learn how to breathe better and to make some space in your head. A class for all with lots of options depending on how you're feeling that day. A slightly longer block to take us right up to Christmas and keep some sense of routine before the holidays.
